Deep Ocean Engineering's first ROV introduced with Phantom technology, equipped with 300 watt lights, 1/12 HP thrusters and a depth rating of 300 feet. The Phantom® 300 (white vehicle below) was our entrant into the LCROV (Low Cost) class of the late 80s.
